Finance Assist had customer needs, technical complexity, and competing priorities. The work was creating clarity: a value-driven roadmap that connected customer problems to what three Scrum teams built next.
An aging payment experience needed more than a visual refresh. I shaped a phased modernization roadmap across checkout, recurring payments, integrations, digital wallets, and payment-network requirements.
